Medical Grade Facial
The BelaMD Facial is a medical grade skin treatment that uses multiple modalities to deliver a deep clean of the skin, with the ability to target your unique skin concerns, and leave your skin healthy and glowing for weeks to come.
The BelaMD Facial consists of 6 steps, clinically tested and Health Canada approved, to treat every layer of your skin effectively.
1.Microdermabrasion: After thoroughly cleansing the skin, a diamond tip exfoliating hand-piece is used to remove cellular debris and polish the skin, allowing increased product penetration during your facial, and a bright and even complexion after.
2.Hydrogen Water Infusion: Using a specialized aqua tip, hydrogen water is infused into the skin while the vacuum suction extracts impurities from the pores. The concentrated hydrogen water is a powerful antioxidant, targeting oxidative stress below the surface.
3.Y Lifting Handpiece: The Y Lifting Handpiece combines electrical and mechanical massage to tighten, firm, and lift both the skin and muscle resulting in improved skin elasticity, lymphatic drainage, and healthy blood flow.
4. Targeted Serum Infusions: Using the Aqua Tip, two medical grade serums specifically selected by your practitioner for your unique needs are infused into the skin to treat a variety of skin conditions such as dry/dehydrated skin, rosacea, acne, and hyperpigmentation. Your practitioner will discuss with you what areas and concerns you would like to address.
5.Electroporation: The electroporation handpiece combines red light therapy (used to reduce inflammation, hyperpigmentation, rosacea), with electric currents, to increase cellular permeability. This allows for all products to reach a deeper layer of the skin – to the cell itself!
6.Topical Application of moisturizer and SPF.
In addition to the BelaMD itself, other skin care treatments can be added to elevate your results.

Dermaplaning
Many clients will opt to a Dermaplaning treatment prior to the facial to remove cellular debris and vellus hair (peach fuzz). Removing the hair also prevents oil and dirt from clogging the follicle, resulting in decreased acne and improved product penetration.
Manual Extractions
After a thorough cleanse, and steam, acne, milia and/or persistent blackheads can be manually extracted prior to the BelaMD Facial
